Pet Sitting, Bail Bonds and Learning Lessons

Posted by SceneR on March 16, 2009

For awhile I used to have a job doing pet sitting for people all up and down the West Coast. I was signed up with a pet sitting service that would connect me with home owners who were going on vacation and needed someone to come stay with their pets. I would move from place to place, taking care of people’s pets and seeing the coast.

During this time, I started dating a guy that I immediately thought I was head over heels in love with. It was one of those things where he seemed so great at first and then things quickly started to go wrong. I knew the first time that he called me and asked me to bail him out of jail that I was in trouble. Nevertheless, I put a leash on the dog I was watching, headed to the nearest bail bonds Boise bondsman and got the bail for him.

I’d like to say that was the end of that story but it wasn’t. It took a second trip to a bail bonds Twin Falls agent and then a third trip to a bail bonds Seattle company before I really got it through my thick head that this guy was just using me. Luckily, I’m all grown up now. I have pets of my own and a house that I pay the mortgage on and guys like that are long gone from my life!
